The stager will compile a recommended staging plan for your home and then you have the option to either do the staging yourself, or for a reasonable fee, have the stager do the setup work for you. If your home is vacant, the stager will put together a recommended furniture package to showcase the various rooms of your house with rental furniture. The process of staging can increase the perceived value of your home and will maximize the buyers’ impression of your home as they tour it virtually and in person.
